Are you coming to Houston for Festival?

If you will be in town for Houston Quilt Festival and have some extra time come visit with us at Quakertown Quilts.  We will be having our Friday and Saturday sale from 9a.m. to 1p.m. on Friday October the 26th and 27th.  The following week the store will be open from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. 

Susan H. Garman's new Block of the Month, "Afternoon Delight" will be on display and you don't want to miss seeing it.  We are sure to have some other surprises in the store and as always fabric at reasonable prices for you to purchase.

Susan H Garman Does It Again!

Sue's newest Block of the Month, "Afternoon Delight" is fantastic.  After seeing it we feel is is not only an afternoon delight, but a monthly delight.  Sue has combined applique and piecing to provide a wonderful new BOM.  We are hoping to have this ready by November 1st, so call us to be placed on an interested list.

Also, our next open house and fabric sale in Friendswood will be Friday September 28th and Saturday September 29th.  We have gotten in new fabric and are going to be clearing out some kits and old BOM's.  More details on that coming next week.

Sue Garman will be in Friendswood with her new block of the month Bed of Roses from 10 til 12 both Friday and Saturday.  She will also have a sneak peak at the new one she is working on.  You know Sue is always creating something.

Excitement is building and a new BOM is coming!  Susan H. Fickle Nickel Quilts

Sarah's Revival & Ruffled Roses

Susan H. Garman has done it once again!  Sarah's Revival pays tribute to Sarah Holcomb's 1847 quilt.  Our kits include rich reds and that wonderful poison green.  The first 9 months are devoted to the blocks.  Each month you receive instructions for 4 blocks.  Months 10 through 12 are the borders.  This quilt is all applique, borders included.
