Sarah's Revival & Ruffled Roses

Susan H. Garman has done it once again!  Sarah's Revival pays tribute to Sarah Holcomb's 1847 quilt.  Our kits include rich reds and that wonderful poison green.  The first 9 months are devoted to the blocks.  Each month you receive instructions for 4 blocks.  Months 10 through 12 are the borders.  This quilt is all applique, borders included.

Settling In

We are settling into our new Friendswood location.  Of course, we miss all those great customers we have seen over the past 23 years.  But, we enjoyed seeing some of them Friday, September 16, as they stopped by to pick up their mail order merchandise and to purchase some promotional fabrics.  I have been able to work more from my home on Tiki Island and eliminating my drive time has enabled me to do things like this blog.
